New Opening for Housing With Services

This is to notify you of our immediate openings at our 24 hours customized living in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. It is currently housing client with mental illness such as schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, Bipolar Disorder, and Depression. We also have openings for clients that are physically and functionally challenged with activities of daily living. 

Clinique Healthcare Services, Incorporation provide services such as Medication Management, Wound Management (WOC nurse), Activities of daily Living, Personal Support, Home Maker Services, Weekly shopping, Appointment set up, Meal Preparation, Laundry and Others. We work with clients that are under waiver such as CADI, BI, and EW.
